My proven Relationship Alchemy and PassionBody Activation frameworks use science-based, mind-body techniques to stabilize your nervous system so you can show up powerfully at work and at home, in addition to communication skills, positive psychology practices, and customized plans for how to activate your passion and integrate work and relationship more successfully in your life, so you can experience more love and joy than ever before.
In my free time, you’ll likely find me with my nose buried in a book, meditating, or taking a walk on the beach. Aside from teaching and coaching, I’m also a two-time TEDx speaker, poet, underwater photographer and dog mom. I’ve got two Master’s degrees and live with my partner Patrick, and our two pit bull mixes, Phoenix and Mojo, in Los Cabos, Mexico, Santa Monica, California, and Brooklyn, NY.
Unlike other coaches who play a volume game, I only take on four to five private clients a year plus dozens more in my intimate small group programs. I’ve had the honor of closely supporting over a hundred women through deep personal and relationship transformation.
